RWL-34 Sujihiki 250mm

Discussion in 'Handiwork Display' started by Ellade, May 3, 2017.

  1. Hi guys and gals, i'm glad to show you one of my most recent works.
Sujihiki blade made of RWL-34 Powdered steel.
    Length: 250mm (about 10 inch)
    Thickness: 2,6mm at the tang.
    Mirror polished.
Handle made of bocote and oak burl, with ebony spacer.
Mahogany saya with oak burl and brass pin.

I've made this knife for a great friend and chef, who works in a famous restaurant in Sicily.

Any criticism or suggestions are well accepted!
