First is a hand forged Mert Tansu 190mm Gyuto, with Curly Koa and Buffalo horn ferrule.
Approx 187 tip to heel, one of his earlier knives, has some hammer/forging marks, but a very nice cutter.

Next is a Gesshin Ginga 240mm Wa-Sujihiki in White #2
Had this for about 2 years, but only used it a dozen times the most, still the has the edge that Jon from JKI put on it for me.
I did manage to rub of some of the logo when getting the patina off! Purely cosmetic.
Comes with original Saya and box.
