    Hi,
    Some details about me,
    I have been involved in sharpening and servicing and repairing all cutting equipment for all trades and businesses in Australia for 50 years ( my trade or Profession is a Saw Doctor ).
    I now specialize in all types of knives for Kitchens, Chefs and Restaurants.
