Well, let's see, I'm a cooking enthusiast from Northern Colorado, I sing country music, I have a small amount of professional kitchen experience in a family owned boutique bakery, and I'm a little over a year into my first Japanese knives (a Hiromoto 150 petty, and a Hiromoto 190 Santoku).
