    Wow! I really have fallen down the rabbit hole and bounced off everything going down. Sooo much to learn but I'm in the right place for a helping hand.
    Just starting a new journey transitioning to Japanese carbon steel blades and hand sharpening. Oh my, what a newbie. Thank you in advance for being patient.
