  6. I am an Environmental Health and Safety Manager by occupation, but a better title for me would be Foodie. My professional food service experience is limited to washing dishes and delivering pizzas while in high school, but I love to cook for my family. My gateway to Japanese knives where, like many others, Shun Classics that I purchased over 10 years ago. Love knives, and learning sharpening as I go.
