    Alright everyone I'll do a quick introduction. I have been lurking on various forums for a while to gather information when ever I start researching something. So I have decided to actually make an effort to participate in the world of forums. Other than this I work as a line cook and practically live at the restaurant. I had started to get into knife sharpening and bought a couple alright knives but I had alot of things going on so didnt spend much time with it. Now I'm just looking to dedicate more time to this aspect of my job and workin on stepping my game up to another level. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality
