  3. image.jpg O1 Santoku-ish gyuto with maple burl and Paduk bolster. Other is 250mm AEBL gyuto with dyed box elder burl and chaktekok bolsters.

  18. Here is a single bevel gyuto in CPM154CM and one of my more complex handles with abalone. image.jpeg

    This composite abalone stuff is not my favorite. Hopefully it shines up nicely.
