Devin Thomas ITK Sujihiki 270mm with Saya AEB-L Steel

This is a 270mm wa-Sujihiki Aeb-L Slicer knife. This is from one of the last sets of ITK's Devin produced for Chefknivestogo .com, as far as I know. Selling this to be able to afford a new project. Feel free to shoot me any questions about the knife or for more pictures.

This is great condition, it has seen use in a professional kitchen, but it has been pampered.

This is a Mid Tech Knife, referred to as an ITK as well, by Devin Thomas, a custom Knife maker in Panaca, Nevada.

Devin has not produced this particular style ITK in quite a while (over Five years) and hasn't taken deposits on ITK's in over three years.

All of the ITK knives are given a custom grind and heat treatment for the best possible performance.
