Deba Project - WIP

  3. Well, I already did some hunting and camp style chef knives as I call them. The ones I have now are as below and are more along the lines of more traditional Wa Gyuto, Western Gyuto modeled on a Shigefusa western handle with bolsters, fillet knives, petty and paring knives.

    There are a couple in there that could be sheathed camping / hunting knives, second and third down from the top. Pics of a similar finished blade below.

    Mark is the 3rd blank the one pictured with the sheath?
    How long is the blade?
     
  5. Yes, that is the one. It started as a drop point hunter, but I ground one of them as a kitchen knife for my wife. Thin. She uses it daily for prep.
    The blade is about 3.7 inches

    The choil is slightly different from the hunter
