I like turkey, I like Bacon, every now and them cramming them two columns together is a great way to change up the flavour of something. Specially if its smoked. Peameal bacon, Piggy type bacon, and Turkey bacon is it though. Canadian bacon,... that american invention (Most canadians have no idea what canadian bacon is and assume you mean peameal bacon fyi) I dont think counts, its just pan fried ham no ?

Turkey ballotine, stuffed with sausage, wrapped in bacon. 3 hrs on the smoker. That must be what you meant.
