    1. Every knife has seen a decent amount of hours in the kitchen (except the Rader's and Bloodroot, which are fairly new and out on loan/pass around). Currently I gravitate the most towards Marko's 220, Devin's 270 and Devin's Damascus 240. That Harner petty is always doing something tho
