    Miyabi Evolution 8" Chefs knife, kiritsuke wa conversion. Black paper micarta bolster cocobolo handle. Conversion done by Greased Bullet. Apologize for marginal cell phone pics. FC61 steel polishes up on the edge very nice.

    :) Had recieved this knife as a gift and new that I would probably never use it in its original state (didn't like the handle, original profile, etc.). So I shoped around a little bit and Greased Bullet was extremelly reasonable priced with a week to ten day turn around time (turn around time being the closer). So there you have it.
