Thanks Jason, I cant begin to tell you how blessed I feel.. Although Its been a HUGE undertaking and at times I have even felt like Why did I buy this stupid old house. (maybe not in them exact words!! lol ) Yet when I walk out back last week and pick that first ripe pear and take a bite/ Then turn around to see the the beautiful trees and everything else. I quickly realize this is the life and how awesome this place is and is going to be! Next year I will actually have some time to work on the yard. and to whoop the apple trees and even this beautiful pear tree into shape.

and room to plant more! plus a garden!

I would love to have a large property in the country. Room enough for a couple horses.

Well, Its finally happening. THE MOVE! Im so excited and tired and sore all at the same time. lol Over the last few weeks. Lisa (God Bless her) has been packing and going through everything in this house. Not a small task.. As she did this. I moved many loads of boxes to the new house! So alot of the small stuff has already made the move and is in boxes waiting for us!! Tomorrow, the truck will be loaded and ALL the large stuff is moving. So. This weekend we will be living at the house!!!!!!!! :D 10 months in the making!!!

I know its not over yet. As I am sure after we move in. Ill find a number of small things that will need attention. Par for the course.

This week has been 100% dedicated to working on the new shop. We made HUGE progress. First, we had to stud out all the walls to accept insulation and drywall. Then managed to add gutters to the shop which I hope will all but solve the water issue I had. I don't know If I posted about this here, But when it rained the other day. The floor of the shop started to get wet. and I watched this water/moisture creep along the concrete slab. After researching a bit. I found a few products designed to seal the concrete in a manner to all but stop water from coming through from underneath.. In the process I also found that adding gutters to direct the majority of the rain water away from the slab would also aid in stopping the wet floor issue. So I did both! applied this super sealer that's suppose to "fix" the floor and seal it enough for me to finish it off with a surface coat of epoxy. :) and applied gutters to the whole building with extended downspouts to get that water far away from the slab! Gota have a dry floor/shop..

So at the end of today. All that's left B4 I can move into the shop, is drywall!!!! I figure a few days at most and the board will be hung and finished as much as I plan to finish it!!

God is GOOD!!! ALL the time!

Its official. We have made the 1st part of the move successful. We are now at the NEW HOUSE!!!!! :D

Friday we made the move. a solid 14 hours of work!! +

Sat we rested! lol by necessity not because we wanted to. Lisa and I both were totally HIT from the initial move and just needed a day to recoup.

Next week will be finishing the shop and moving it all here!

    Thanks and God Bless

The new GRINDER is alive! This is one I picked up about a year back thats been sitting in Jr's Garage waiting for me!! Its a 14", 3hp Variable speed BEAST! Running at approx 7800 sfpm.

Butch and I were talking about the possibility of converting this into a BIG wheel grinder. swapping it out for a 36" wheel.
