You've come a long way in a short time Randy. Make sure you schedule some down time with all that bad ass equipment. Stay rested and watch your fingers brother!

    shop move.jpg

Here is how we got the BIG stuff moved. My friend Zeb and my brother and a truck and high low. and a half a day. Nothin to it but to do it! ;)

Im happy to report the shop is pretty much set up. Aside from getting the furnace hooked up. I hope this happens soon Its starting to get cold here in Michigan!

The BEAST grinder is up an running. Its a 14" wheel grinder that I have hooked to a Variable drive. So I can adjust the speed from crawl to over 7600 Surface feet per minute!! Thats just CRAZY fast Over double the speed of my TW 90 grinder. .

Looking into the possibility of modifying this thing into a saddle style BIG wheel monster grinder!!!! To become a true BIG wheel belt grinder Im thinking a 36" 36" wheel. Running it as a wet sander and setting this all up in what I have heard refereed to as a saddle style set up. Similar to some of the traditional Old school grinders you see on you tube videos. I mean if your gona dream. Dream BIG! :)

Hope everyone is doing well. Stay tuned as I should be back to the grind next week

    God Bless

And finally. The shop is basically complete. Most of the tools have found there now home. and we have tested and wired everything. The first bar of damascus was forged. :)

Here are some images. I tried a short video and couldn't seen to get it to load. :)

I think the best part about the new shop is the view out the front door at sunset!
