    I have just restarted learning how to bake. Basically just follow Miele baguette recipe for the combi steam oven recently installed. It turned out quite decent, thanks to automagic program.

    Eating is all right. Can't compare to those fancy bakery around here. Still a long way to go in learning, but at least it tastes nice, crusty on the outside and quite soft in the middle. My son loves bread so much, so I think it is a good thing to learn baking.
     
  5. I have watched hundreds of cooking and baking videos in the past and i found one the best baguette making videos on the YT are these:

    (King Arthur bakery, 6 short episodes on baguette making from start to finish)

    Love your pics. I wish I would've taken some. Had lamb leg with mixed veges and tater but tonight. uuggghhhh lamb leg sliders on biscuits :O

    Steamed four trays of Chinese clamshell buns to go with char siew for dinner. A bit of fresh spring onion, quick pickled carrot and daikon, and a touch of hoi sin sauce to complete a bite.
